When You Order

We need to know your name, address and e-mail address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You can withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.

When You Pay

You can pay online via PayPal and we never see your card details. We do not store or have access to any of your credit/debit card information. If you place your order by telephone we keep the card details only long enough to process the payment and then they are destroyed.

How We Use Email

We only use your personal information to confirm the details of your purchase and order progress and to send you updates of our products and services. We only contact you with your consent. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during the purchase.

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us. You can check, update or remove your personal details by logging into your account or by contacting us.


We use a technology called "cookies" as part of a normal business process to track patterns of visitor behaviour to our site which enables us to make improvements to the customer experience. A cookie is an element of data that our website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system for a short time. It does not damage or affect your system at all. The cookies we use are "non-intrusive". You can set your browser to block cookies but you will find that certain functions, such as retaining product in your shopping cart will not work. 

Our Payment Processor

In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.
