Returns & Cancellations
You have 21 days from receipt of your order in which to return part or all of your order for an exchange, refund or credit. This timescale is flexible during the pre Christmas and Valentines day shopping times to allow for early shopping. In short, no reasonable request for a return is ever refused.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the order. The cancellation must be in writing although no reason for cancellation is necessary.
Made to order garments are excluded but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with one of these items we will do all we can to have the problem rectified.
Trying on Garments
Please do not remove tags when you first try your garment on. Please also take care not to damage the garment as we reserve the right to make a deduction or refuse a refund where a garment has been used, washed or is damaged or without manufacturer tags. Garments are pre despatch inspected. Please avoid trying on while wearing jewellery that might snag the fine fabric and keep out of contact with make-up, perfume, other liquids, food, pets and smoke. For hygiene reasons we request that you try on over your normal underwear.
Repacking the Garment
If you decide to return a garment please pack it with care. Try to fold it as it was originally folded to avoid unnecessary creasing and return it in the original manufacturer and postal packaging so that it is not damaged in transit. It pays to take care of the garment because under the Distance Selling Regulations we are allowed to reduce the amount of refund in line with "dimishing value" if the garment has been used or damaged and not suitable for resale.
As you are responsible for the safe return of the order we recommend that you use a post system that provides tracking and will reimburse you in the event of a loss.
Overseas customers are requested to avoid using a courier for the return of products as this might result in an attempt by the courier to charge us import duty, in which case we will refuse the delivery and the item will be returned to you. Instead please send by Airmail and clearly mark the package "RETURN".
We will only pay return postage where the goods are faulty or where we have made an error.
